New Orleans office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an experienced corporate securities associate or junior partner with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will be overseeing projects from start to completion and drafting and reviewing documents without making any mistakes. Candidate will act as the primary attorney on smaller, routine financing deals and should demonstrate independence and excellence in managing the deal process from start to finish. Some familiarity and experience with public company securities reporting and drafting is expected. Experience providing due diligence and drafting support on merger and acquisition transactions is required. Some portable business is preferred but not required.
