We are looking for an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation to join our team in one of our offices located in Austin, Century City, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, or Washington, .

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in antitrust law and at least 3 years of experience practicing in this area. They should also have excellent writing skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. This position is part of our 3rd to 5th year associate class, providing opportunities for growth and development within our firm.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Join the Litigation & Trial Department in our Antitrust practice as an associate with at least 3 years of experience
- Handle complex antitrust litigation cases and provide support to the team on various matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs and motions
- Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, trial, and appeals
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide high-quality legal services to our clients
- Stay up-to-date on developments in antitrust law and contribute to the growth and success of the practice
- Opportunity for growth and development within the firm as part of our 3rd to 5th year associate class

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing antitrust law
- Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents and provide clear and concise analysis
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with other attorneys and staff
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in the desired location
