Law Firm Seeking Dedicated and Experienced Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court, USCIS, and Board of Immigration Appeals
- Prepare defensive immigration applications and review USCIS filings
- Meet with clients to determine strategy and provide analysis
- Manage team of paralegals and submit legal briefs
- Collaborate with Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with various immigration applications and case management software

Salary Information:

- Pay range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered
