The Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Public Entity Labor and Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling labor and employment matters, preferably with a focus on public sector clients such as cities, counties, and special districts. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

As an Associate Attorney in our Public Entity Labor and Employment Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in public sector work. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of a case, including preparing for trial and arbitration, conducting depositions, and managing written discovery. You will also have the opportunity to support more senior attorneys in providing labor and employment advice to clients, as well as developing litigation plans and strategies.

Qualifications:

- At least three years of experience in labor and employment matters
- Experience with public sector clients preferred
