The General Education Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing public school districts and other educational institutions in various legal matters, including employment, governance, administrative law, and student issues. This may also involve handling cases related to civil rights and constitutional law. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent research and writing abilities are essential for this role.

To be considered for this position, candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least three years of experience. Previous experience working with school districts or other governmental entities is preferred.
