## Opportunity for Experienced Counsel/Member - Government Contracts at McDonald Hopkins Law Firm

McDonald Hopkins Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney with relevant federal government contracting experience to join its Business Department. This position can be filled remotely, or at one of the firm’s five offices in Baltimore, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, or West Palm Beach.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in a variety of federal government contracting areas, such as:

- Bid protests
- Claims and performance disputes
- Terminations for default or convenience
- Regulatory compliance advice and counseling
- Internal investigations
- Mandatory disclosures
- False Claims Act issues
- SBA regulations and programs
- Organizational Conflicts of Interest
- Suspension and debarment
- Cost issues, including Cost Accounting Standards and allowability
- GSA Federal Supply Schedule and Multiple Award Schedule Contracts
- Negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements

Some portable business is necessary for this position.
