We are seeking a Corporate Mid/Senior-Level Attorney to join our Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group at CSG Law in our Roseland, NJ office. In this role, you will have the chance to work with a variety of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, in the data, technology, advertising, and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, and venture transactions.
• Work with strategics and private equity clients in M&A transactions, as well as representing the sell side.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements and represent data providers in connection with vendor contracts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry and legal developments related to data and technology companies.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in New Jersey.
• 4+ years of general corporate experience, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, and venture transactions.
• Experience working with data and technology companies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
