- The candidate will have extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in various commercial real estate leasing matters
- This includes office, industrial, life sciences, and retail leasing
- Additionally, experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting is a plus
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential
- A strong record of client service is highly desired
