Senior Attorney Personal Injury (Work from Home) - Remote Position in Las Vegas, Nevada

TorkLaw, a leading law firm specializing in personal injury cases, is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement
Conduct thorough case investigations and draft legal documents
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about the progress of their cases

Requirements:

12+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on Pre-Litigation
Excellent knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
Strong research and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
