Duties

• Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, partnership agreements, operating agreements for LLCs, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other contracts

• Prepare complex estate planning documents and assist with trust administration matters

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, business structures, and real estate transactions

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and participate in team discussions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate disputes, business disputes, or real estate-related litigation

• Strong knowledge of estate planning, corporate, partnership, real estate, or commercial transactions law

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small firm environment

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar with a valid license to practice law
