The Senior Level Attorney will:

- Handle a full caseload of litigation files
- Draft a variety of pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and court personnel



Qualifications

- A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university

- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with difficult clients and adjusters
