Role Overview - Mid-Level Associate, Real Estate & Construction

As a mid-level associate, you will work on a variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sales, equity acquisitions and sales, entity formation and structuring, securities offerings, debt financing, mezzanine financing, development and construction, leasing, and management and operations. You will have the opportunity to interact with local, regional, and national clients, work on major development and finance projects, receive high-quality mentoring and training, and collaborate with colleagues across different offices.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position in the State of California is $210,000-$246,000. However, the base compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to base compensation, Stoel Rives offers an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes paid family and medical leave, unlimited PTO, flexible scheduling, remote work options, and a sabbatical program for eligible attorneys. We also offer competitive medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, AD&D, EAP, FSA, and voluntary life, AD&D, and LTC options. To support our lawyers in meeting billable hour expectations, we also offer up to 50 hours of billable credit for diversity, equity, and inclusion-related activities, as well as an additional 50 hours for pro bono work.
