H2 Heading: Job Summary - Attorney - eDiscovery

Taft, a full-service law firm with over 875 attorneys and 1,500 team members, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and possess strong knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends, as well as proficiency with RelativityOne. This position will support our eDiscovery & Litigation Services group and will involve consulting, document preservation and collection, searching and culling, document review and case development, and document production. Taft offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Promote Taft Discovery’s resources and capabilities to Taft attorneys and staff
- Provide recommendations to case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and opportunities to leverage advanced technologies
- Advise case teams on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies
- Conduct document collection scoping interviews with clients
- Develop and advise case teams on strategies for culling collected data for review
- Advise case teams on conducting and implementing efficient and effective document reviews
- Advise case teams on document production options and best practices
- Stay current on eDiscovery industry developments and best practices
- Train and supervise contract attorney review teams
- QC document productions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney not limited to document review
- Knowledge of and experience with eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends
- Proficiency with RelativityOne
- Successful management of multiple, high-priority, complex matters simultaneously
- Active law license
