Patent Attorney The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with inventors to understand new AI technologies and assess their patentability. Conduct and analyze the results of prior art searches and freedom-to-operate analyses. Maintain knowledge of the latest AI technology and patent laws in order to assist internal and external. Should have a Bachelor's degree or graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics or related technical field involving AI/ML. Experience with AI models, neural networks, deep learning required. Must have experience with AI/ML theory - backpropagation, regularization, optimization; preprocessing data, selecting features, training/tuning models; and deploying models to production environments. Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision or related AI fields is preferred. Should ideally have experience liaising with clients to develop and manage portfolios. Should be registered to practice with the USPTO. Should also be an active member and in good standing of the home office Bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate Bar.
