As an Energy Regulatory & Commercial Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases involving advocacy before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state utility commissions. You will also assist with power transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and power sales, for clients building renewable energy infrastructure across the country.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, and superior interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, and effectively communicate legal strategies. An active Wisconsin bar license is required, or a commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.
