Job Description:
- Seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in major projects and transactions
- Preferably with experience in the energy and infrastructure space
- Focus on energy transition practices (renewables, H2, CCS), LNG, or electric power sectors
- Key member of a team on major transactions and project development matters
- Experience managing a team and working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates
- Strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities
- Ability to analyze and synthesize new information
- Interest in the energy industry and clients' businesses
- Comfortable operating as part of a team
- Takes ownership and responsibility for work
- Seeks feedback and training
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and work closely with a partner or supervise junior associates
