This is a full-time position with a salary range of $88,000 to $95,183 per year. Responsibilities: - Interview individuals seeking legal assistance and advise on possible options based on current laws - Provide ongoing legal representation to clients, including drafting documents and applications - Screen for need of additional resources and refer to appropriate services - Conduct outreach activities and community workshops - Serve as a liaison between the program and community partners - Supervise and mentor assigned staff and volunteers, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating team dynamics - Assist in organizing and running staff meetings - Assess and refer cases to the Pro Bono Team and provide mentorship to pro bono attorneys - Ensure timely submission of program reports and assist with grant writing Qualifications: - Law degree (.) - Admission to practice law in any state and/or Washington, DC - Five years of experience in immigration law as an attorney - Experience in supervising staff - Bilingual in English and Spanish or French - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Interpersonal skills and ability to manage and supervise effectively At Catholic Charities, we offer more than just a job – we offer careers.
