Platt Richmond, a highly successful and rapidly growing law boutique headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Senior Business Transactions Attorney with at least 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private placements of securities, entity formation, investment funds and corporate governance. This position will have direct client interaction and organizational involvement is highly encouraged.

About the Role:

The Senior Business Transactions Attorney will have the opportunity to manage business, transactional and corporate matters, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, oversee and conduct legal due diligence, provide guidance and mentor corporate associates and paralegals, and work independently while delegating tasks to associates and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a genuine and authentic personality, confidence, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook, and a . with Texas Bar Admittance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage business, transactional and corporate matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Oversee and conduct legal due diligence
- Provide guidance and mentorship to corporate associates and paralegals
