Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team in St. Charles, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level associate looking to gain experience in insurance defense. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply, and must be licensed in Illinois or expecting bar results.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including oral and written discovery, fact investigation and legal research
- Draft pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits
- Engage in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions
- Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial work
- Work collaboratively with a team to provide excellent client service

Requirements:
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Experience in insurance defense is helpful, but not required

- Admission to the Illinois bar or expecting bar results
