The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of litigation, from court hearings and conferences to conducting fact investigations and legal research. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including court hearings and conferences
- Conduct oral and written discovery, including fact investigation and legal research
- Draft pleadings, client reports, and affidavits
- Engage in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions
- Prepare for trial and participate in trial work
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation
- Current Illinois license
- Experience in entertainment and/or defamation law a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Analytical abilities and solid writing skills
- Ability to work well on a team

This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience and a current Illinois license. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of legal matters, including court hearings, written discovery, legal research, and trial preparation.
