Thomas J Henry Law is currently seeking a talented and career-driven Case Development Intake Attorney to join our team! With a competitive salary of $90,000 annually, plus a $10,000 Corpus Christi relocation bonus, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a docket of approximately 50 cases
- Investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage assigned cases
- Secure accident reports, property damage photos, and witness statements
- Communicate with clients and adjusters
- Prepare and approve expense requests
- Prepare monthly status reports for clients
- Manage clients during pendency of case development intake process
- Prepare and document demands
- Act as liaison between management and adverse adjuster
- Additional projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing
- 0-3 Years Personal Injury experience
- Strong commitment to client service
- Excellent writing skills
- Previous customer service/sales experience preferred
- Previous experience supervising non-attorneys
