Responsibilities:

- Manage client documents and determine relevancy for each case
- Conduct background checks and obtain necessary records
- Draft various legal documents and assist with motions and orders
- Conduct research and utilize electronic resources efficiently
- Assist with trial preparation and attend witness prep meetings
- Effectively manage multiple assignments and deadlines

Requirements:

- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and document review software
- Experience in labor and employment law preferred
- Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred
