The Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience, admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, to join our General Liability practice in Pittsburgh, PA. As an attorney in our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and take on significant responsibilities from inception to post-trial. We are looking for a dedicated, positive and team-oriented individual who shares our firm's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a litigation case load
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status
• Appear in court and attend mediations
• Prepare pleadings, motions and other litigation documents
• Review and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct research as needed for each case
• Conduct direct and cross examination of expert witnesses at trial and in depositions
• Meet billing requirements

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Deposition, mediation and courtroom experience preferred
