This position is part of the firm-wide Public Company Advisors Team and will be part of a multi-office team representing public companies and other clients.

Requirements:

• Experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting.
• Experience advising issuers on public company corporate governance matters.
• Strong understanding of national securities exchange regulations and principles of executive and director compensation.
• Excellent problem solving skills and enthusiasm for general corporate counseling.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.

Salary Information:

The national average salary range for this Associate role is $205,000-$305,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
