CR Legal Team is currently searching for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and help us Stand Up for justice for all people. ## Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and help us Stand Up for justice for all people. The successful candidate will have a JD degree from an accredited college or university and NC State Bar membership, with dual State Bar memberships, especially VA or SC, being a plus.

The Personal Injury Attorney must have 2-7 years of experience in personal injury law and must be able to exercise extensive independent judgment to make decisions in carrying out assignments that have substantial impact on the department. They must be able to instruct, direct, mentor, and evaluate employees; direct and motivate others; communicate effectively and use judgment, tact and discretion; quickly assimilate oral and written data, to analyze facts and draw logical conclusions; and maintain favorable client/employee relations.

## Responsibilities
The Personal Injury Attorney will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

* Exhibiting a professional and courteous demeanor to CR team members and the public
* Adapting to a wide range of diverse internal and external clientele
* Interacting with court system mediations, arbitration, trials, motions, oral and written advocacy
* Examining legal and medical data to determine insurance coverage, liability and damages
* Confering with colleagues to establish and verify basis for legal proceedings
* Conducting research, interviewing clients, and witnesses and handling other details in preparation for trials or hearings
* Developing settlement brochures, strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of case
* Being responsible for legal compliance with respect to disbursements and settlement funds
* Working and communicating within a team of Attorneys and legal administrative staff to proactively manage an assigned volume of client cases
* Efficiently utilizing available technology, including computers, databases, portals, and software, needed to successfully perform the job
* Establishing and building relationships with other professionals in the communities we serve to enhance our brand recognition, marketing efforts and client service.

## Salary
The pay rate for this position is $60, to $100, with potential for bonus.
