In this role, the Partner will be responsible for building and growing a team, as well as providing mentorship and leadership to their team. This is a great opportunity for an Attorney looking for a non-traditional, progressive full-service law firm.

## Responsibilities
The Partner will act as a mentor to their team and foster growth within the team while providing excellent client service. They will also be responsible for working alongside a very experienced Managing Partner as well as the Chair of General Liability.

## Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of general liability litigation experience, with mentorship and leadership skills being highly preferred. The Partner must be driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a high-performer.
