Job Title: Business Litigation and Insurance Coverage Senior Attorney

Experience Information:

- Law licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
- 7 or more years of experience in some or all of business litigation, insurance coverage defense litigation, IP infringement litigation, employment and trade secrets litigation, cybersecurity and data breach, in support or lead roles preferred.
- Experience with IP, trade secrets, and insurance coverage is helpful.
- Experience assisting lead trial counsel preparing for trial and other litigation support.
