Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is seeking an experienced litigator to join our California offices as a Client Team Counsel. This full-time position will focus on labor and employment matters for one of our largest clients, providing the right candidate with increased flexibility and a lower billable hours target than our full-time attorneys on the shareholder/partner track. Responsibilities:
- Develop defense strategy for employment litigation cases
- Draft pleadings and manage discovery-related activities
- Take or defend depositions
- Participate in mediation, trials, and other aspects of lawsuits
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, administrative professionals, and clients

Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in California
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant employment litigation experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and provide excellent client service
- Self-motivated and accountable for work product
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary Information:
- Expected salary range of $175,000 to $180,000
