Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in depositions and other discovery processes
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Prepare for and assist with trials and other hearings
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff on case strategy and preparation

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 5-7 years of experience in business litigation in California state and federal courts
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience with written and deposition discovery, as well as law and motion
- Preference for candidates with trial experience
