Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Junior to Midlevel Associate Attorney with experience in Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. Responsibilities:
- Work with the Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice in the Palo Alto office
- Handle . and international trademark enforcement, clearance, counseling, and prosecution
- Preferably have experience with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and federal court litigation, including discovery and motion practice
- Attention to detail and strong advocacy skills required
- Ability to work both independently and in a group setting

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Trademark, Copyright, and Domain Name practice
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
- Proven track record in all aspects of trademark, copyright, and domain name practice
- Experience in building international trademark portfolios preferred
