Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to handle litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
- Provide day-to-day counsel to clients on employment law and workplace challenges, such as drafting/revising handbooks and conducting training.
- Leverage innovative and technological platforms to enhance client service.
- Demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
