## Music/Intellectual Property Transactional Attorney – Donahue Fitzgerald, LLP

Donahue Fitzgerald, LLP is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Transactional Associate Attorney to join their IP and Music practices in the Oakland Office. The firm has many prominent clients and provides sophisticated legal services for a diverse group of interesting and well-respected clients.

**Requirements:**

- 4+ years of experience in drafting, revising, and reviewing licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and contracts
- Prior legal experience in music and/or entertainment, and general business transactional matters desired
- Broad knowledge of copyright, trademark enforcement, and patent enforcement, IP aspects of M&A transactions, the music business, and general IP work
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, working directly with clients, partners, and other colleagues
- Collegial and mutually supportive attitude, interested in and open to mentoring
- Willing to participate actively in marketing efforts

**Compensation & Benefits:**

- Annual base salary range: $135,000 - $160,000
- Additional compensation includes hours based and origination bonuses
- Annual minimum billable hours requirement: 1,610
