Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on patent litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition notices.
• Participate in and prepare for trials, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of appeals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting patent litigation.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Must be barred in California.
• Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California State Bar.
