Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on patent litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of appeals.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of patent litigation experience.
  • Must be barred in California.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Member of the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of patent law and intellectual property.
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and managing discovery.
  • Effective communication and client management skills.
