As a highly reputable law firm, Nixon Peabody is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate to join their Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a nationally recognized health care practice that works with over 2,400 clients across the country. This position also offers the option for remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience, be a member of the California Bar, and have a strong understanding of the complex healthcare regulatory environment.

Salary: $210,000 to $315,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Represent healthcare companies in False Claims Act litigation, federal and state investigations, and government enforcement actions
- Work collaboratively with various teams within Nixon Peabody, including Complex Disputes, Healthcare, and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense
- Take ownership of assigned matters, projects, and tasks
- Provide excellent client service

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Member of the California Bar
- Familiarity with federal and California processes
- Exceptional writing skills and project/litigation/client management skills
- Proficiency with document and information management platforms and applications
- Experience representing health care entities and navigating complex healthcare regulatory environments
- Clerkship and/or relevant federal or state agency experience preferred

Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $210,000 to $315,000
- Additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications
- Standard benefits package
