Job Summary:
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join their Austin office. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience in property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections and bankruptcy, and drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Negotiate settlements and other agreements on behalf of clients
• Draft and revise contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Manage and oversee cases from the initial consultation through resolution
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
