Seeking Family Law Attorney with the skills and experience to effectively manage own caseload with minimal supervision in a moderately paced, team-oriented environment. The candidate will have experience preparing for and attending hearings and trials, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting substantive motions, and appearing in court. Will also have a strong desire to practice family law and be comfortable with tasks specific to family law, such as handling complex financial disclosures, managing child custody disputes, and navigating domestic violence actions. Portable business is a plus.
