Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of insurance defense experience, ideally with exposure to General Liability cases. Associate will have their own files and work closely with an experienced Partner and the Chair of the General Liability department to discuss litigation strategy and provide excellent service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity for professional development, growth, and the chance to play an integral part in a growing office.

Job Responsibilities:

Draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda
Take and defend depositions
Review medical records
Prepare discovery requests and responses
Attend hearings and prepare for trials
Provide excellent service to our clients
Discuss litigation strategy with Partner and Chair of the General Liability department

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience
Juris Doctorate
Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
Strong writing skills
Experience with reviewing medical records
