Haynes Boone, a nationally-recognized law firm, is seeking a Trademark Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Trademark practice group in our Orange County office. The ideal candidate will have experience in global and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting global and domestic trademark clearance searches
- Prosecuting trademark applications with the USPTO
- Providing counseling on trademark matters to clients
- Enforcing trademark rights for large brand owners
- Handling opposition and cancellation actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
- Experience with UDRP proceedings and anticounterfeiting measures
- Familiarity with . Customs protocol
- Managing a docket with multiple deadlines
- Working collaboratively with a team of attorneys

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of trademark experience, preferably in a large law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- References and writing samples will be required
