Duties:
- Prosecute patent applications for global technology companies
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to support patent prosecution efforts
- Conduct case discussions and client consultations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and related technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field
- At least three years of patent prosecution experience at . law firms, with a focus on electrical/electronics and mechanical-electrical technologies
- Experience with OLED flat panel displays, EV battery cells, AI-based systems, and home appliances preferred
- At least two years of USPTO examiner experience is a plus
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent
Certifications:
- USPTO registration is required (preferably with examiner experience)
