Duties:
- Serve as an integral associate on M&A transactions
- Draft definitive transaction agreements for public and private mergers and acquisitions
- Assist in managing all aspects of strategic transactions, including due diligence and disclosure letters
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure all legal requirements are met
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance
- Participate in managing and executing complex M&A deals
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions
- Strong track record of handling M&A deals, including drafting and managing transaction documents
- Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and colleagues in high-stakes environments
- Experience with both public and private company M&A
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Active membership in the Bar of the state where the candidate will be based (New York, California, or Washington) or eligibility for admission
