This position is open to candidates with 3 or more years of experience in construction contracts, specifically in EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, and operation and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will focus on the energy and infrastructure industries in any of our Houston, New York, Washington ., or Austin offices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and work closely with a partner or supervise junior associates
- Utilize strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities
- Analyze and synthesize new information
- Have an interest in the energy industry and our clients' businesses

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction contracts
- Experience in EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, and operation and maintenance contracts
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Takes ownership and responsibility for work
- Seeks feedback and training
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated to provide excellent work and client service

Location:

Salary:
For positions based in our NYC office, the salary range is $260,000 to $435,000, depending on experience.
