Job Details:

Duties:

• Conducting global patent prosecution and effectively managing patent portfolios.
• Providing expertise in freedom to operate and patent clearance analyses.
• Handling licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
• Conducting due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborating with legal teams to develop and articulate effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the USPTO.
• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess 8-14 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law.
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing and research.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Superior judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).
