Senior Associate
The candidate will work for trusts and estates, contested guardianship, and estate litigation practices. Will have extensive client contact and will maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements. Will be encouraged to participate in the firm’s business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Must be a New York admitted attorney with 5-7 years of experience. Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid, and/or special needs planning is a plus. Must have excellent writing, research, analytic and organizational skills and be a motivated self-starter who wants to be an integral part of a well-established, nationally known boutique law firm.
