As a Corporate Associate at Mintz, you will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions and provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for an associate with 4+ years of securities and capital markets experience, who is committed to professional development and can quickly integrate into our national corporate practice.

Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team
- Integrate into our robust national corporate practice
- Commit to providing the highest quality of client service
- Work on a broad range of complex transactions
- Dedicated to professional development consistent with this on-track partnership position

Qualifications:

- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Massachusetts
- 4+ years of capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in capital markets (’33 Act) transactions and public companies in connection with ’34 Act filings and compliance and corporate governance matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities
- Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $310,000 to $365,000
- Bonus eligible
- Comprehensive benefits package offered
