Attorney The candidate will advise and collaborate with the central and field-based Human Resources organization to develop and implement global policies and initiatives in compliance with local laws. Will serve as a central subject matter expert on complex cross-border issues, such as data privacy, background screening, mergers and acquisitions, diversity, global talent acquisition, employee representation, leaves of absence, contingent staff, reductions in force, global mobility, and strategic workforce planning. Identify global labor and employment law trends and develop and implement company-wide risk mitigation strategies. Law Degree from an accredited law school with a license to practice law, and outstanding academic credentials is needed. Should have 6+ years of employment law experience. Significant experience with cross-border employee issues. Experience in developing, managing, and driving programmatic change is essential. Highly developed written and oral communications skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and options about complex legal and programmatic issues is essential. Strong client service focus and the ability to work efficiently, prioritize a high-volume workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment is needed.
