Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and commercial real estate transactions
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex transactional matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate and real estate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

The Role:
As a transactional attorney at CGA Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging corporate and real estate matters. You will be a key member of our Business/Real Estate Transactional practice groups and will have the opportunity to provide legal advice and guidance to clients, draft and review legal documents, and participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements:

You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
