• Structure and execute the most complex financings across industries and around the globe

• Collaborate with other attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide legal advice on a variety of transactional matters

• Draft and review legal documents related to financings

• Assist in the development of strategies for clients

• Participate in meetings with clients and other attorneys

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of transactional experience, preferably including experience in project finance or leveraged finance at a large national or international firm

• Ability to handle complex financings across industries and around the globe

• A law degree from an accredited law school

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
