Job Title: Class Action and PAGA Attorney
Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid remote and in-office)
Salary: $189,000-$213,000 per year (based on experience and other factors permitted by law)

Key Responsibilities:

- Defend state and nationwide class actions and California PAGA representative actions
- Represent employers in court, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations
- Receive training and mentorship in class action litigation, complex case handling, and other relevant areas

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
- Admission to California Bar
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including class and representative actions
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
