Law Firm Seeking Experienced eDiscovery Attorney in Multiple Locations

As the eDiscovery Attorney at Jackson Lewis, you will report directly to the Chief Data Officer and work closely with teams throughout the firm to guide and advise on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues. Your responsibilities will include managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations and investigations, utilizing eDiscovery review platforms and analytics tools, advising legal and compliance stakeholders, and identifying and implementing improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures.

Job Title: eDiscovery Attorney
Location: Multiple locations across the US
Time Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
- Managing eDiscovery in complex and global litigations and investigations
- Utilizing eDiscovery review platforms and analytics tools
- Advising legal and compliance stakeholders on eDiscovery issues and strategies
- Identifying and implementing improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures
- Serving as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics
- Creating and refining standard documentation

Requirements:
- JD and at least 5 years of experience managing eDiscovery
- Admission to the Bar (any state)
- Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to identify and execute on continuous improvements

Expected Salary Range:
- Colorado: $120,000 - $150,000
- New York Metropolitan area: $120,000 - $155,000
- Massachusetts: $135,000 - $155,000
