Salary Information We offer a highly competitive salary of $370,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. Experience Requirements • 6+ years of experience with subscription line credit facilities and NAV-based facilities is required • Prior work with CLOs is a plus • Large law firm experience required Key Responsibilities: • Representing borrowers, agents, lead arrangers, and lenders on NAV-based, subscription credit, capital call, and other fund finance facilities • Working closely with our market leading CLO practice • Providing practical insight on fund financings and complex collateral packages and structures • Collaborating with top-ranked related practices to provide commercial advice • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments in fund finance Qualifications: • JD from an accredited law school • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice • Strong academic credentials • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Join Our Team Today!
